Job responsibilities:
1. Assist the regional manager to decompose the regional annual and semi annual marketing plans, implement the established plans, and lead the regional agents to achieve the designated sales targets;
2. Find ways to report to agents to reduce false return rate and man-made damage rate, improve after-sales service reputation, assist regional managers to summarize, promote, implement and achieve the expected goals;
3. Implement sales channel construction and optimization, track and report the implementation process;
4. Carry out brand building and promotion implementation, implement the promotion plan designated by the superior to the market;
5. Accept company and superior training, learn and implement the training and development of agent business team;
6. Organize and file the market information of the jurisdiction for decision-making reference and regional adjustment work handover. According to the market information collected by itself, it can suggest coping strategies, be responsible for the implementation of established strategies, and report important information;
7. Complete the temporary affairs assigned by the company leaders.
Requirements:
1. College degree or above, major in marketing is preferred;
2. At least 2 years working experience in FMCG and household appliance industry;
3. Familiar with channel management and channel development experience;
4. Strong language skills, good sensitivity to the market
