At present, China''s silicon-based anode market has the following characteristics:



1) With high market concentration, there are no more than 3 mass production enterprises and more than 20 R & D and pilot enterprises. At present, there are three types of silicon-based anode Enterprises: one is the existing graphite anode enterprises, such as Bertrand, Ningbo Shanshan, etc.; the second is the founding team of scientific research institutions, such as Tianmu forerunner; the third is battery enterprises or nano silicon manufacturing enterprises that cross-border into the field, such as GuoXuan high tech, etc;



2) At present, there are few stable and mass-produced silicon-based anodes, mainly 420mah / g and 450mah / g, and the silicon-based anodes with higher capacity cannot be produced in mass production;



3) The application of silicon-based anode is still limited. At present, it is mainly used in cylindrical digital, and a small amount is used in soft package digital and cylindrical power.



4) The price is still on the high side. At present, the price of stable mass-produced silicon-based anode is between 110000-120000 / T, which is much higher than that of graphite anode.



According to GGII research, the domestic application of silicon-based anode in 2019 will achieve a breakthrough in quantity, and the growth driving forces are as follows:



1) With the increasing demand for high-capacity cylindrical digital batteries, it has become the main application of silicon carbon anode materials in China;



2) The subsidy threshold of new energy vehicles has been further improved, and high energy density power battery has become the main development direction. In 2019, high nickel ternary materials will be widely used in 18650 cylinder, which will drive the demand of silicon-based anode to a certain extent;



3) Domestic silicon-based anode enterprises have cooperated with foreign battery enterprises for a long time, and their export volume has kept increasing.
